If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we may refund the cost of your order within 30 days from the purchase date.
To request a refund follow the steps below:
- Find your order number
- Open a new ticket, and give us the order number and product you’d like us to refund, including your name and email
Once we’ve had a chance to review your request we will be in touch confirming the refund has been processed. However, we require to provide a satisfactory explanation as to why a refund is merited. Our Support Team will review the request before determining whether or not a refund should be granted.
